To celebrate St Chad’s Book Week, Book Club visited pupils in Year 1 and 2 to read and share their favourite stories.
The theme of the Book Week was Dr Seuss so Book Club started the morning with an assembly to share their favourite Dr Seuss quotes and memories.

They included:

"The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose."

“And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!

After the assembly, Book Club went into different classes to hear the St Chad’s pupils read and talk about their favourite stories.
Book Club were excited to revisit St Chad’s and had a wonderful time with Year 1 and 2!
