On Wednesday morning, the English department took 161 eager and excited Year 7 students to the theatre to take in another breath-taking performance at the New Vic. The famous tale by Mark Twain, adapted by Theresa Heskins, delighted the students in the highs and lows of a poor boy and a prince who face misadventures of a very different kind when their worlds intertwine. The Year 7 students are to be commended on their exemplary conduct: a marvellous job representing the CCSC badge, being the ‘best they can be’.
