2hrs per day – Monday-Friday 12:00-2:00pm
Temporary – Term-Time Only

We are looking to appoint a reliable, friendly and motivated Midday Assistant to join our hardworking and valued lunchtime team. 

The role will be to provide support and supervision to students at lunchtime, working both inside and outside the school building. You will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children and demonstrate organisation, patience and understanding.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To supervise children in the canteen and around the school building at lunchtime 
  • To encourage pupils’ positive behaviour during lunchtime
  • To promote the school policies and procedures
  • To be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, security and confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person

Previous experience of working with children/in a school environment is desirable
